Clothes, position, status, and money do not make you a woman of excellence.  Woman of God, pursue excellence!  Embody virtue.  Thrive in your place, not your position.  You can no longer afford to wait.  Your time to move is now. Stop allowing others to dictate which corner you turn, or how high you can jump.  You have diamonds dripping from your spine, just waiting for their moment to shine.  Rise up and take your rightful place.  The clock has struck midnight.   Step from the shadows Cinderella.  You were called for such a time as this!

None of us got where we are today, without the help of someone who cared enough to love us, embrace us, correct us or encourage us.  During your life journey, there have been a number of unique women who have made a great impact in your evolving into the beautiful black woman you are today.  We are sometimes negligent in showing appreciation to these awesome women. Whether it was mama, grandma, auntie, a sister, cousin or friend, there was someone who gave you a lift.  These beautiful queens imparted into us dignity, strength, courage and wisdom.  Think about it.  Who is your queen?  When was the last time you appreciated her?

If you have found your way, praise God, but what about those sistahs out there yet to overcome.  There are a whole lot of sistahs still in the climb.  They are in the fight of their life. We can help them.  We have to help them!  Think about the women around you. Who do you know that is still struggling to overcome?  What can you do to help her find her way?  Somehow she has lost sight of her true worth as a woman of God.  All she needs is a little push in the right direction.  What if you could give her that push.  Would you?
